The Way We Use Information
1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
2. We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to you.
3. We do not accept payment in cash.
4. We do not accept gift card or prepaid card.
Sales Tax
All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Existing lederhosen4u customers give permission to receive promotional emails and coupons about products that are offered on this website.
Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Methods & Charges
All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. We offer a $19.95 flat rate shipping service, which takes 2-3 business days calculated from the day your order has been processed (we try to ship as fast as possible, but please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed). We also offer a $79.95 flat rate expresss shipping service, which takes in most cases 1 business day calculated from the day your order has been processed. We use USPS and USPS considers some ZIP codes as a remote area, for which they do not offer a 1 day shipping service. If you live in a rural or remote area with bad mail service then your express order might take 2 business day. We do NOT guarantee delivery dates.
Last Minute Orders:
We try to get every order out the door as soon as it comes in. We can ship every order the same day if it is received before 10:00 am pst. From that timeline on you can calculate your arrival time as outlined above (2-3 business days for $19.95 shipping charge and 1 day for $79.95 express charge (please read potential exemptions above).

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please email us at info@lederhosen4u.com. We will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure, we can not guarantee any cancellation and modification.
Return Policy
If you want to return an item you need to request a RMA (see below under return procedure) through email to info@lederhosen4u.com.
We are not responsible for returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, and store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.
We give our customers 30 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return merchandise back to us for either an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise back at their own cost. We do not provide free return shipping. We charge a $20 restocking fee for returned items.
Package must be returned with original packaging and all tags attached. All returns without attached hangtags or original packaging will be refused; all returns in used conditions will not be accepted and will be refused.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request return merchandise authorization (RMA) by sending an email to: info@lederhosen4u.com. Please make sure you refer to your order# and shipping address of your order in your email to us.
Our representative will review your request within 24 hours and issue the RMA number per our return policy. They may refuse to issue RMA number if the request is not following our return policy
Make sure that the RMA number is written on the outside of your return package.
International Order Policy
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. lederhosen4u.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
lederhosen4u.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
